Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing to dine with us at Barbara’s Heritage Restaurant. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding reservations and bookings. These terms and conditions aim to protect your reserved seats and maintain the quality of service you deserve.
​1. Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required reservation fee. A confirmation email or message will be sent to the customer after payment is successfully processed.

2. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their reservation up to 5 days before the scheduled reservation date without penalty (except as outlined in the refund policy below).
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the reservation date are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Policy
For cancellations made at least 5 days before the reserved date, customers are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee paid.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 days before the reservation date or for no-shows.

4. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the reserved time without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are not eligible for any refund.

5. Modification of Reservation
Requests to modify the reservation (such as changing the date or time) are subject to availability and must be made at least 1 day in advance.

6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.). In such cases, we will work with the customer to reschedule or offer a credit where possible.

7. Agreement
By making a reservation and submitting payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
